Are you struggling to hire, retain and engage your staff?

On February 9 and 10, the Chilliwack Economic Resource Network is holding a 2-day virtual conference exploring solutions to the workforce issues we are currently facing around the province. The conference will be delivered online using an interactive virtual event platform, and employers from across the province are invited to attend.

During the sessions, speakers working in a cross section of industries will discuss the strategies they are currently using to provide solutions to the ongoing workforce issues we are facing, with the aim of leaving you with actionable ideas to address your individual issues. Topics include diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), philanthropy, and reconciliation. The conference features keynote presentations from Len Pierre, a Coast Salish educator, consultant, TEDx Speaker, social activist, traditional knowledge keeper, and cultural practitioner from Katzie First Nation, and David McLauren, an expert on leadership, diversity & inclusion, business growth, and productivity.

Individual registration for the conference is $49, and a discounted group rate of $99 is offered for up to 8 attendees in an office.
