The Vancouver Island University Centre for Experiential Learning and Career Studio recently launched an employer directory. The directory compiles businesses and organizations from all industries across Vancouver Island and Canada, connecting VIU students and graduates with leading employers eager to harness fresh talent for internships and employment across a spectrum of industries. The directory is an excellent space for organizations and businesses to promote internship and employment opportunities to VIU students and other job seekers.
Employers can share direct links to their company career pages, as well as provide information about the company’s work culture, values, and available job postings. The directory is categorized by specific industries, aligning VIU programs of study with the skillsets particular employers are looking for. Some of the industries in the directory include:
