Build resiliency into your business with help from the Rural Advisory Program
Recognizing the importance of small and medium sized business in our regional economy, Community Futures Central Island has launched a program for businesses that provides free one-on-one coaching to become more resilient and successful.
Running a small business is never easy and business owners across rural Vancouver Island know it takes a lot of hard work and determination to keep it going. What if you had access to a business coach who could work with you one-on-one and advise you on business strategy, financial management, sales & marketing, people leadership, grants and more?
The Rural Advisory Program supports small and medium sized businesses, social enterprises and not for profit organizations to address challenges and realize opportunities in our changing economy. Simply complete the short application form to be matched with a Regional Business Advisor who will provide you with practical tools, resources and strategies to meet your goals.
Many businesses are realizing that an objective, independent advisor can provide them with fresh new perspectives, improve their general business effectiveness and expand market reach. Coaching encourages highly engaged business owners and entrepreneurs to bridge the gap to resiliency and gives these leaders the opportunity to strengthen specific business, communication, leadership or managerial skills. Business owners who have worked with an advisor through the program have improved their business knowledge, resulting in increased revenues and profits, better team performance, and a stronger future.
