Cobble Hill’s Seedy Saturday has gone through a major expansion this year, for their 18th Annual Seedy Saturday event. This year features three bright and roomy main buildings within 200 metres of each other as well as offering short seminars on a variety of topics including mason bees.
The much expanded 2018 Seedy Saturday will include premium vendors like Dinter Nursery, Perennial Ridge Farm, Metchosin Farm along with many excellent seed suppliers on and off the Island. Lee Valley Tools will also be attending our Seedy Saturday on March 10th. Free entry, great local food and an opportunity to share the excitement of growing things again after our long wet and cool winter.
Seedy Saturday’s vendors are bringing heritage and organic seeds, vegetable and flower starts, plants and shrubs of all varieties including small fruit, bulb and tubers, mason bees and their houres and so much more. There is lots of free parking and all buildings are wheelchair accessible.
The first Seedy Saturday is Saturday, March 10th, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
