Infrastructure BC is hosting a business to business event in support of the Cowichan District Hospital Replacement Project. Local contractors, suppliers and businesses who might be interested in working with, or providing products and services to the successful proponent team are invited to register for this virtual event.

The Cowichan District Hospital Replacement Project will result in the design, construction, commissioning, and activation of a new hospital to serve the diverse population of the Cowichan Valley Regional District and its member municipalities. The Cowichan District Hospital Replacement will be built on Cowichan Tribes unceded traditional territories, and an Indigenous focus will be highlighted throughout the design, landscape and pathways of the new hospital.
Infrastructure BC is managing the procurement of the project. As part of the process, they will host this community-focused business to business networking event. The purpose of this event is to connect local contractors, suppliers and businesses to the successful proponent team. This event also allows the prospective proponent teams to enhance their knowledge, understanding, and awareness of local services available, and to build relationships with local contractors, suppliers, and businesses.
Registered participants will be provided with a private pre-scheduled 5 minute time slot with each proponent team. This time slot will allow contractors and businesses to outline services that may be of interest for consideration by the proponents.
