Economic Development Cowichan would like to invite area restaurants, retailers and producers selling local products to a virtual lunch n’ learn exploring the Island Good brand and how you can become part of this regional marketing campaign. The session is hosted in partnership with Duncan Cowichan Chamber of Commerce, Vancouver Island Economic Alliance, and Island Good.

Earlier this year, Economic Development Cowichan announced our continued sponsorship of new Island Good licensees for 2021. Our sponsorship allows Cowichan businesses to give Island Good a try, FREE, for the first year. Sponsorship is available on a first-come-first-served basis until the funding is spent. Once accepted, businesses may use the Island Good branding to identify the local items on their shelves, menus, and packaging, as well as take advantage of VIEA’s Island Good marketing campaigns. At our virtual lunch n’ learn, discover the benefits of Island Good membership, and hear from existing Island Good licensees about their experiences in the program. Visit the Island Good website for a current list of licensees to see the diversity of products and services on offer. Perhaps even include some Island Good foods or drinks in your lunch bag that day!
This session is open to producers, processors, distributors, retailers, restaurants, accommodations, attractions… even local tourism operators. All are welcome!
